Embody the Elements Retreat
Join Me and Ana Sa in a 5 night retreat in the jungles of Tulum. We will journey with healing modalities to connect our body and soul. This retreat is also supported and deepened with the guidance of Plant Medicine.

1:1 Somatic breathwork
The 1:1 Somatic Breathwork is a 90 min session in person or on zoom. This includes a 30 min follow up call.

Womens Circles
As women, gathering with other women is the medicine that our hearts and this world need.
I offer two healing women’s circles a month, where we come to meet other amazing women, ground with meditation and breath work, journal, have a sharing circle, and make lasting friendships.
I offer once a month at the Dharma Ranch in San Marcos and once a month at The Within Center in Austin.
The container I create is a safe, non-judgmental space where we come as we are with our raw hearts to witness and be witnessed.

I offer meditation and somatic breath work sessions for organizations that want to bring a sense of relaxation and connection between the staff. This service aids in boosting your employers wellbeing.

cacao + sound healing events
I bring sacred cacao and music to private events. This ceremony includes building an altar in your home and the setting up of instruments for the session. May it be a birthday, house warming, baby blessing, or any special date this offering is so sweet and rooted. I am in Central Texas but am willing to travel to different cities.
